Privacy notes for BuyLinkBuilding
This page explains in general terms what information the service handles and why. It is not a substitute for advice specific to your situation.
What we handle
To run an account we handle the details you give us when you register, such as your sign-in identity, and the records of what you do inside the account.
Order records are the biggest part. They include the target URLs you supply, the keywords, any prompt or article you provide, the basket contents and the status of each placement.
Payment-related records, such as balance top-ups and invoices, are kept so that finance documents can be produced.
Why we handle it
We use this information to provide the service: to show your orders, to produce articles from your instructions, to issue invoices and to keep the marketplace working.
Publishers who sell on the marketplace also provide details about their sites and their prices, which are used to list and approve placements.
We do not sell account details. Where a task needs a supplier, for example a payment or hosting provider, only what that task needs is shared.
Visitors and cookies
Like most websites, this one may record basic visit information, such as pages opened, to keep the site running and to see which pages are useful.
Browser settings let you restrict cookies. Some account features may not work if you do.
Your questions and requests
If you want to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or remove something, use the account page after signing in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Specific legal rights depend on where you live, and we have not tried to list them here. Check the rules that apply to you.
We may update these notes. The date at the top of the page shows the last change; for related rules see the terms of use.
Content you submit
Prompts and articles you submit are used to produce your placements. Please do not include information in them that you would not want published.
Placements are public once they go live, so the target URL, the anchor and the surrounding text are visible to anyone.
Sign-in and security
Keep your sign-in secure and treat any API key like a password. If you suspect a key has leaked, replace it and tell us through the account page.
No online service is risk-free, and we do not claim otherwise.
