Terms of use for BuyLinkBuilding
These terms set out, in general language, how the marketplace is meant to be used. Using the service means you accept them.
The service
BuyLinkBuilding is a self-serve marketplace where you can buy individual backlinks on listed sites. Publishers can also offer links on their own sites.
Descriptions and metrics on the site are provided for information. They come from our own crawler and our own index and may lag behind the real web.
Nothing on the site is a promise about search rankings or traffic.
Accounts and payment
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping sign-in details and any API key private.
Orders are placed through a basket. Nothing is charged until the basket is paid from your dashboard balance, which you top up there.
An AI agent connected over MCP may fill a basket, but the payment step remains a separate action by you.
Your content and your sites
You must have the right to promote the pages you submit as targets, and any prompt or article you supply must be yours to use.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful material. We may decline or remove an order that breaks this rule.
Publishers keep control of their sites and approve each placement.
Limits
Search engines make their own decisions and change their rules, so we cannot control how a link is treated.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we limit our responsibility for indirect loss.

Reading these terms
Short, yes. These terms are a summary and not a negotiated contract. If your company needs bespoke terms, raise it through the account page before you place a large order.
We have kept the wording general on purpose, and details such as payment handling are as described in the dashboard and in your invoices.
Changes
We may change these terms and will show the date of the latest update. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Contacting us
For questions about an order, an invoice or these terms, use the account page after signing in. We do not publish a separate address on this site.
Please include the order reference and, where relevant, the page address and a screenshot.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as limits on responsibility, continue after use stops.
